At 19, Hayden’s head is already somewhere above the clouds. Aviation isn’t a phase, it’s a lifelong obsession. He’s clocking hours toward a Private Pilot’s Licence, dreaming of a 747 while very practically learning the ropes in a Cessna 150. Big runway energy, small-plane patience.

He’s just coming out of his apprenticeship and aiming to step into a full-time IT technician role, having discovered a slightly inconvenient truth: he likes all of it. Infrastructure, support, cloud, the lot. While others rush to specialise, Hayden’s still exploring the stack, with MS-900 underway and more certifications lined up like a flight plan.

When systems push back, Hayden pushes harder. “Computer says no” isn’t a dead end, it’s an invitation. He’s patient, persistent, and determined to make things work.

In the office he’s hard to miss. Ten desk plants and counting, a keyboard and mouse that look like they escaped a sci-fi cockpit, and an air fryer he’ll defend like it’s cutting-edge technology.

Outside work, his interests zigzag in the best way. One minute he’s quoting Phoenix Nights or Little Britain, the next his playlists jump from Zach Bryan to Dave. His gaming habits follow the same pattern, from Farming Simulator calm to Battlefield chaos.

He unwinds by walking and hiking with a camera, especially when aircraft are involved. Aviation photography is his thing, with RIAT firmly on the wish list.

Hayden brings curiosity, patience, and momentum. He’s learning, experimenting, and moving forward without rushing the runway. Progress is the plan.
