Always Networks was founded in 2014, by Nick Shaw.
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of what we do. Businesses are run by people, and happy people are productive people – so keeping people happy is central to our values.
“People” doesn’t just mean customers. It means all our business partners, and probably most importantly, our team.
Nick is a veteran, and also has many years experience of enterprise level IT – and with that comes a level of precision. We value process, we value documentation, we value accuracy.
But. we also try not to take life too seriously – we are acutely aware that IT is one of a business’s key utilities, but there’s no use getting stressed about it. You’ll find our friendly team having a laugh and a joke with your team, even while under pressure, working hard on making sure everything’s running smoothly – or being resolved efficiently, when things go wrong (it’s IT – they do!)
What does that mean?
